How exactly is a decision being made, and which neuronal steps underlie that process?

I’m interested in getting the answer to that question by investigating how decisions are made based on different information input and integration. A main aspect during decision making is conspecific stimuli, which I want to further investigate in combination with escape responses in juvenile Zebrafish.

Besides that, I love to spend time with friends and am a big fan of winter sports, especially cross-country skiing and biathlon.
