Nele Holstegge

Master Student

I have always wanted to know how human bodies work, which is why I started studying biomedical science. Of course, the most interesting part for me was the brain and how single cells could interact in order to keep a system as complex as our bodies running in all kinds of conditions.

With photography being one of my biggest hobbies, I was fascinated by microscopy and all the different techniques that are available to study brains, and now being able to look at them while they are still alive is of course, even more exciting.
